Payment Terms & Reservation Policy
By submitting a deposit for TULUM: PRIVÉ, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Deposit Requirement
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. A reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been successfully processed.
2. Installment Schedule
The remaining balance will be divided into equal monthly installments. All payments must be received on or before their scheduled due dates. The final balance must be paid in full no later than July 24, 2026.
3. Payment Default & Cancellation
TULUM: PRIVÉ is an exclusive, limited-capacity experience. Timely payments are required to maintain your reservation.
Failure to submit any scheduled payment by its due date may result in:
• Immediate cancellation of your reservation
• Forfeiture of all monies previously paid
• Release of your placement to another guest
No reinstatement of cancelled reservations is guaranteed.
4. Full Payment Option
Guests may elect to pay the full balance at the time of booking.
5. Third-Party Financing
Financing options may be available through third-party providers, including Klarna and Afterpay, subject to approval and the terms of the respective provider. TULUM: PRIVÉ and its producers are not responsible for financing approval decisions, payment disputes, fees, or penalties assessed by third-party providers.
6. Non-Refundable Policy
All payments made toward TULUM: PRIVÉ are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated in writing. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Any chargeback or payment dispute initiated without written authorization may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation, forfeiture of participation rights, and is subject to full legal action.
