PRIVÉ is an elevated social escape. While there are vibrant moments and events, the experience prioritizes atmosphere, hospitality, and intentional programming over high-volume, crowded party culture.

YES. The resort property is exclusively adults-only to preserve the tone and environment for our trip this Labor Day Weekend. This isn’t spring break for the kids. This is PRIVÉ.

You selected tier includes luxury resort suite accommodations, all-inclusive dining resort-wide, premium spirits at all bars resort-wide and entry to all of our curated PRIVÉ events & experiences outlined in your package details.

Airfare/Flights and transportation to and from the airport are not included. Guests are responsible for arranging their own flights.

Your ground transportation should be arranged separately and is not included in your package. You can arrange ground transportation in advance through companies like Amstar or, on site outside of the airport. There will be tons of shuttles, taxi’s and rideshares available to take you to our resort.

For PRIVÉ: TULUM, you have the option of flying into Tulum or Cancun. The Tulum airport code is TQO. It is a new airport, and flights may be slightly higher than Cancun. Travel time from Tulum’s airport to our resort is approximately 45 minutes.

The Cancun airport code is CUN. The cost of flights into Cancun may be less than Tulum, depending on your departure city, flight times, layovers, and when you book your flight. Travel time from the Cancun Airport to our resort is approximately 1 hour and 36 minutes.

We encourage travelers to compare flight times, layover vs direct, and prices to determine which flight best suits your preferences.

No, travel insurance is not included but is highly recommended. We strongly encourage guests to secure coverage to protect their investment in the event of unforeseen circumstances, travel delays or weather events.

Yes, a valid passport is required for international travel to Mexico. Please ensure your passport is current and does not expire within six months of your travel dates.

Absolutely. Many guests attend solo. Our curated programming is inclusive and allows for organic connection within a like-minded community. No pressure. No apologies. Many of our travelers from past trips have made connections and forged friendships. Our trips provide a perfect opportunity to network and connect.

Once you book your trip with us you’ll have the option to join our WhatsApp community to introduce yourself and get to know us and our travelers before the trip.

No. If you’re not a member of the PRIVÉ group, you will not be allowed entry into our exclusive events. To maintain intimacy and quality, access is reserved for PRIVÉ: TULUM guests only. Everyone who books with us will receive a custom PRIVÉ wristband upon arrival at our resort that grants entry into all of our exclusive events.

If someone does not book their room and events package with us, they will not receive a wristband and will not be allowed into events.

We encourage elevated resort wear by day and refined evening attire after sunset. Detailed style suggestions will be shared via email, WhatsApp etc as we get closer to Labor Day Weekend.

All payments are non-refundable to preserve the integrity of our limited capacity model. We strongly recommend travel insurance to safeguard your reservation.
